FAQ about car rental
What documents are required to rent a car?
You will need a passport with an entry stamp to the country less than 90 days ago and a valid international driver’s license.
Is a credit card required to rent a car?
A credit card is not required for booking, but you can use it to pay for the rental. We accept Visa and MasterCard, but DO NOT accept American Express.
Is a security deposit required to rent a car?
The security deposit for a Kia Picanto and similar-category cars is $200; for a Kia Carens and similar-category cars, it is $500; for Premium and Exotic categories, the deposit is calculated individually.
What payment methods are available?
Cash (USD, Dominican Pesos, Euro), card payment (via link or terminal), USDT, and PayPal (+6% fee). Deposits can be made in cash or by card; refunds are issued in cash in USD.
Are taxes included in the rental price?
Yes, all taxes are included in the price.
Are there any additional charges?
There are no additional charges or hidden fees, except for payment system fees or your bank’s commission.
What insurance is included in the rental price?
The price includes third-party liability insurance and Full Coverage Insurance with a reduced $200 deductible. A zero-deductible option is also available — contact our representative for details.
Is mileage limited?
We do not limit mileage, but please do not exceed speed limits. Each car has a GPS sensor that tracks location and speed. Severe violations may terminate the agreement. Crossing the border (e.g., to Haiti) is strictly prohibited.
What should I do if a technical issue arises during the rental period?
All our cars are new and in excellent condition, but if a breakdown occurs, please contact us immediately at +1-829-432-7755.
What should I do if I am involved in an accident or damage the rental car?
Contact us immediately and do not attempt to repair the damage yourself. Our vehicles are serviced only by the official dealer; unauthorized intervention voids the warranty and may forfeit the deposit.
