His operational scope expanded to Cuba with Cuba Libre PRO and to Venezuela with Venezuela PRO, where he built parallel DMC operations using the same model — locally run, expert-led, focused on the traveler's actual experience rather than the transaction. TryDubai.PRO extended the same approach to the UAE market.

As President of ACLUB Vacations, he was responsible for promoting the Caribbean across CIS markets and managing partnerships with major international tour operators, airlines, and hotel groups. The company's stated mission — "to inspire and accompany guests in the exciting world of leisure, providing honest and reliable collaboration" — remained consistent across every brand he operated.

By 2024, Alexander had spent nearly two decades watching international tourists navigate the car rental market in Punta Cana and encounter the same problems consistently: advertised prices that bore no relationship to the final bill, vehicles in poor condition, and no one who felt accountable for the outcome.

In February 2024, he and co-founder Karyna Koval purchased five vehicles as an investment, intending to rent them through an established local partner. When the partner's maintenance standards fell below what Alexander was willing to put his name to, he pulled the vehicles and built his own operation.

In 2024, Alexander hiked Pico Duarte, the highest peak in the Caribbean at 3,098 meters in the Cordillera Central of the Dominican Republic.
